Have you thought about using http://www.baruwa-install.com/ 

this fully installs the latest baruwa 2.0

it's working well right now, but bear in mind as dependencies update that
script can break and can create issues you'll need to be reasonably
competent or install it sooner rather than later. 

i would advise using centos 6 min install (not 7)
and trying a virtualbox first just to give it a go
