With a bit of research you should have been able to find the config file examples: https://cgit.osmocom.org/osmocom-bb/tree/doc/examples/mobile.
You also did not mention what exactly is not working nor provided any logging/output, so it's hard to tell what's wrong with the config you included in the mail (which contains lots of empty lines for some reason).
