Hello all,
We are happy to announce the release of BASE 2.7. This is major release
adding several new features/changes. The most important ones are:
* Tomcat 6.0 is required. BASE will no longer work with Tomcat 5.5.
* An extension system that makes it possible to add functionality in
selected parts of the GUI without having to edit JSP pages.
* The integration with TIGR MEV is no longer included in the core. It
must be installed separately.
