Hi, where do you launch Base1PluginExecuter from? In this plugin definition it looks you can run it from view "Bioassayet (item)", what if you don't have any Bioassayset defined yet? For example, in the case of a normalization plugin, I want to run the plugin on a selection of raw bioassays. I have got a configuration already defined for it, that would call my external code (R).
An example of such a plugin that works is GCRMAPlugin, which is defined such that it can be run from view "Bioassayset (list)" and it is indeed proposed when I click on "New Bioassayset..." button in that view. Is it a normal behaviour for Base1PluginExecuter? Is there anything to do to enable the plugin (permissions, etc...)? I guess I just don't know how to use it... :( Thanks ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ The BASE general discussion mailing list basedb-users@lists.sourceforge.net unsubscribe: send a mail with subject "unsubscribe" to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
