We only have a three-stage version, which works like this: 1. start a new project for the experiment being loaded
2. load all items into the project as a personal or admin user 3. when ready for review, share all the items in that project to a 'review' user (you could use a group). 4. when ready for release, share all items in the experiment to the 'Everyone' group For some reason I don't remember, it didn't work out to add users or groups as members to the project. Sharing all items from the project page is easy enough now there is a three-digit limit on the number of items in the "items" tab. Although I haven't worked through your example, I suspect you may have to work with groups (having increasing numbers of members) rather than projects. HTH Bob.
