I have just imported some affymetrix cel files and have created an
Experiment and a some raw-bioassays for the data. I want to split the
assays in two assay sets, but when I select two of the raw bioassays and
run the APT summarize plugin (RMA analysis) I get the following error:

I run BASE 2.7.2 - any ideas ?
