I don't think this has anything to do with the BASE version. The problem
seems to be that there is a file in the current directory that has a
'null' value for the 'last updated' time. This may happen for file
entries when no file has been uploaded or for old (pre BASE 2.4) files.
Try to find the problematic file with the web interface and (re)upload it.
