I tried to import Affymetrix CEL files from AGCC and received the following error:
Could not read CEL file '/home/mhafner/raw data/fileName.CEL': class affymetrix.calvin.parsers.FileNotFoundException: null I have no problems importing CEL files from GCOS. I'm using BASE 2.7.2. What to do? Is this problem fixed in a newer version of BASE? I would not like to transform my CEL files to an older GCOS format.
