You can use the "Manual transform" plug-in to link externally generated
files with different analysis steps. This will not import any data, and
there is currently no generic plug-in for importing analyzed data. In
any case, putting M values into the database would probably confuse
BASE, since it is expected that the database contains intensity values.

Externally generated data can be imported if the file is a BASEfile.
This is an internal format used for transferring data to and from
plug-ins. It is not a very complex format, but it has some quirks. Other
users say that the BASEfile format is not very R-friendly, though I
don't know exactly what that means. The best way to check this out is to
use the "BASEfile exporter" plug-in with some existing data.

Yes, but not as raw data. The "Manual transform" plug-in can attach as
many files as you want to in each analysis step.

If you don't see the "Manual transform" plug-in it is probably because
it needs to be configured first. Go to Administrate -> Plugins ->
Definitions, find the plug-in and create a new configuration.
