BaseX 7.1.1 is now available in the official Debian unstable repositories.
Snapshot versions are available from time to time taking
http://files.basex.org/debian/
as repository.
Add the following lines to your '/etc/apt/sources.list'
deb http://files.basex.org/debian unstable/
deb-src http://files.basex.org/debian unstable/
