Did you already try to enter this string in the "File patterns (separated by commas)" text field in the first tab of the Database Creation dialog? As indicated by Bridger, this input should trigger a SET CREATEFILTER "*.xml, *.dita,*.ditamap" command, as you can see in the Info panel after having created your database. Best, Christian
