Tonight's BASFA meeting voted: 1. To Annex the Oriental Bay Area (Wellington NZ) and to hold BASFA meeting number 1047 there in conjunction with Au Contraire, the New Zealand National SF Convention, August 27-29.
2. To Annex the Port Phillip Bay Area (Melbourne AUS) and to hold BASFA meeting number XXXX there in conjunction with Aussiecon 4, the World Science Fiction Convention, September 2-6. Meeting 1048 will be at the regular location on August 30. Meeting 1049 will be at the regular location on September 6. The Treasurer and other BASFA members on their Southern Hemisphere Tours are expected to take note of these actions and take appropriate action at the conventions in question.
