Chris and I are hosting the Worldcon76 bid parties this weekend at BayCon. On Friday, Setup will be from 4pm to 7pm and the party will be 9pm on to 1am, or whenever.
On Sunday, setup should quicker, so only 6-7pm, then the party from 9pm till whenever. Setup, prepare snack trays, put up decorations, set up bar, etc During the party we need ID checkers, bartenders, hosts.
