Perhaps a new mailing list (like basket-bugs@) could be setup and all
the bugs would be default-cc'd there, for people who want to monitor
Bugzilla through email. It'd make setting up email filters too.
Btw, I could do Bugzilla janitorial work (i.e ask for more info, close
clearly invalid bugs like support/advice requests, etc) for the Basket
component if needed.
