Log:
New reference image for the convolve BE test. Note that there is a difference between
this reference image and the official reference image from the SVG test suite. The
reason is that there is an unresolved issue on what to do with premultiplied results
where alpha is below color components. Batik sets the alpha to max(r,g,b,a) but it
seems that the reference image clamps the component values to a.
