seems you are running the tests with java6 ??
they changed the color-models to fix some bug.
so, anything dealing with colors may be slightly different.

this is what i got after i filed a bug-report:

file sRGB.pf sits in $JRE/lib/cmm.

When i saw this the first time, i scratched my head and thought 'were did
the reference images come from and what was the color model used to make
them?' .

of course, that doesnt help with the font-layout problems.
