Hi Archie.
I couldn't reproduce the problem using a document as described in 45021. This
is what I used:
<svg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg'
width='400' height='400' viewBox='0 0 400 400'
preserveAspectRatio='xMidYMid meet'>
<rect width='400' height='400'/>
</svg>
I resized the Squiggle window vertically shorter and taller, but the rectangle
remained in the centre. Is there something else I have to do?
