Patch against trunk revision 694374
This patch implements HTML imagemap support. It is based on an implementation
by Thomas Knodt from 2002.
This implementation does correctly support transformations. Thanks to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] for very important tips on how batik works. Without
his help, this patch would not have been possible.
This patch adds an ImageMapTranscoder and extends the svgrasterizer application
to map the 'text/xml' output format to this transcoder.
