We'd have to use a different version number, perhaps just -java.13 on the end, or with a distinctive Maven 'classifier'. Though I'm not too sure about retroactively adding new classified pieces. I didn't use the existing binaries because, ironically, I felt uncomfortable in signing binaries that I hadn't produced myself. Are you sure that there is a sufficient intersection of 'needs maven' and 'needs 1.3' to motivate fixing this?
