Ths SVG converted to image by PNG/JPEG transcoders.  Bottom and right borders 
are not visible in image. 
But Google Chrome, Inkskape render this borders if I open source SVG.
If I change viewBox to "0 0 20 11" then border will be shown. But can't apply 
this workaround.
