Description: The dots in the rendering of ä,ö,ü,Ä,Ö,Ü are not correct, it
should be two dots per glyph, not one. This bug is not the same as BATIK-1109,
it has something to do with the x translation when constructing composite
glyphs. (was: The dots above the a,u,o,A,O,U are not correct, it should be two
