You should avoid changing files after the release has been published. For
example, the JCenter repository still has the old artifacts cached (see
http://jcenter.bintray.com/org/apache/xmlgraphics/batik-bridge/1.9/batik-bridge-1.9.pom
vs.
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/xmlgraphics/batik-bridge/1.9/batik-bridge-1.9.pom).
