Hi,
I'm facing a problem in Debian with a package that is using Batik that does not
explicitly contain XMLConstants but fails to start anyway. The issue is
discussed in the according [bug report|https://bugs.debian.org/907559] and the
suggestion was to contact Batik authors whether there is a hint how to deal
with the issue.
