When converting SVG file into PDF the FOP transcoder can't be found:
{code:none}
java -jar batik-rasterizer-1.11.jar -m application/pdf text.svg
Error while converting files:
Error: cannot access transcoder for image of type application/pdf
{code}
It is caused by missing entry in the MANIFEST.MF.
