Description:
*Bug report:* when svg is rotated, the gradient transform is not recomputed in
batik transcoder to pdf
Issue is only if stop-opacity is present in svg. Gradient svgs with alpha/stop
opacity when rotated doesn't convert correctly in PDF
*To reproduce:* java -jar batik-rasterizer-1.8.jar -m application/pdf new.svg
