Wrong size of generated image

I created the attached SVG-file using SVGGraphics2D from a GUI (JPanel of
Swing). But when using the rasterizer to create PNG/TIFF it creates a
large image of 400x400 pixel. The real image content justs covers the
upper left edge and the rest is all of transparent color.I was using Batik-1.1 to 
create the SVG file and Batik-1.1/1.5 to
rasterize it.
