I noticed that you fixed JPEGImageWriter.java in svn on
trunk/sources/org/apache/batik/ext/awt/image/codec/jpeg/,

could you give me a tip to rebuild batik in windows environment to fix jpeg
issue?

I have o idea how to compiler them to .jar file format.  or where i can
download Binary distribution?
