Hello, Problem is solved i forgot one class file and because of this the application behaviour was strange....

Are the signed, or otherwise proctected against modifications ?? AFAIK, jar packaging is somehow similar to zip (deflate) compression but it does have some tweaks. I recommend using the standard "jar" tool [1] included in the JDK (or other similar distribution) - note that JRE (the run-time only version) doesn't ship with the tool.
