Actually, the D/41E-PCI does support caller ID< but only for North America, UK 
and Japan. The D/41JCT-LS doesn't specify caller ID country support, but the 
datasheet implies pretty broad support. 

(Get official verification for your country before investing your hard-earned 
$$, lire, yuan or shekels of course.... :-)

which IVR board are you using? does your board support "Caller ID"?
(for example dialogic D/41E-JCT supports Callered ID while dialogic D/41E-PCI 
not)

does your phone line give you Caller ID?
