ccrtp depends on and builds based on the presense of GNU Common C++,
which it finds through a special aclocal .m4 macro file. If you use
./reconfig to rebuild your configure script, and have common c++
installed under a different prefix, it may not find the needed macros...

I get the error, when I want to install it!
ccrtp 1.3.1
./configure
./configure: line 19534: OST_PROG_COMMON: command not found
./configure: line 19535: OST_PROG_LIBVER: command not found
./configure: line 19536: syntax error near unexpected token `CCXX,$LT_VERSION'
./configure: line 19536: `OST_PROG_LIBRARY(CCXX,$LT_VERSION)'
