I have added some skeletal code for synway cards in cvs under the
Bayonne2-nonfree drivers. I also have updated driver initialization for
the dialogic and aculab cards to match current Bayonne development. The
next release of the nonfree driver package will likely be 0.8.0 or 0.9.0.
