Ahh...and we do not have the gsm.h header in extra dist! I see that
problem also now. But yes, if you install libgsm directly, ccaudio will
not try to build a local one.

on Debian systems you have to install libgsm1-dev in order to have the
correct headers. If you're using another distro feel free to find the
right package
