I figured it out. I ran aclocal, and then did a reconfig, configure of
the bayonne package and it worked. I apologize for wasting your time.
The server is working now with a voicetronix card. Now I just have to
write some scripts =). Thanks!

There might be a -dev, -devel, etc. package to install too; not familiar
with CentOS
