I have added a userauth module to ccscript (for 1.0.5). This allows one to assign a basic "password authentication" file to a given script, using the htpasswd format of apache. The "authorize" command can be used to attempt a login authorization, and the identify command can locate if a given user exists. %script.authorize is a timer for user authorization.

I have thought about making available a complete and basic traditional pbx integratable voice mail built from Bayonne. The auth system is sufficient for establishing user mailbox accounts for use with a traditional pbx, and the property system can keep per-mailbox user properties. Some scripting, a macro definition table that can be selected by pbx model, and a web front end for management, should be all that is needed. More interesting could be to integrate it with phpGroupware or similar to give alternate web based access to voice messages. I am not sure if there is much interest in this however.
