Of course, since we use BBDB, I use a slightly modified version of
csd-gnus-split.el by Soren Dayton. Here is my .bbdb entry for BBDB:

`csd-gnus-split' grabs who the mail is to and looks up the
`gnus-group' attributes to create the list of folders it belongs in.
I then have one of my lines in nnmail-split-fancy look like this:
