I'm going to answer as a fellow user, not the developer or even someone really
familiar with the code.

I think the Pilot is designed for one e-mail address.  Is SyncBBDB taking the
first?

Capitalization is important.  It would be nice if SyncBBDB were
case-insensitive.  Until then, I renamed all of my "work" fields to "Work",
"fax" to "Fax" etc.  with a global search/replace on .bbdb

If you have multiple addresses, SyncBBDB creates multiple users with the same
name on the Pilot.

Until you get the sync-ing totally worked out, you should save backup copies
of your Pilot database and bbdb.  They can get severely torqued in the
meantime.  I don't think data is lost, but it can be a mess.

It's worth using the PilotManager, though getting the Perl modules installed
properly can be a big hassle in this particular case.
