I believe that this is correct wrt mail protocol. As to your PGP
interface, if an exact match fails, it should (in my opinion) be
trying an address match. PGP permits partial matches. My MH-PGP
interface, first tries for an exact match, if that fails, it matches
on the first text enclosed in angle brackets.
