i've noticed something else odd with the new bbdb. many people use
middle initials in the full name part of their email address such as:
Michael J. Fox <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
how to reproduce:
create a new record with a middle initial. the initial should be
terminated with a '.' as above. next, send yourself some mail from
that user. when bbdb notices the address it will ask if you want to
change the name to:
Michael J Fox <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
(note the missing '.')
and keep the previous version (with the '.') as an AKA>
is this a bug or a feature?
