I just upgraded my CVS checkout of bbdb, which I haven't done in far
too long, and am now pestered by numerous questions when I read posts
asking me if I want to add "'Wes Hardaker'" to the list of names I'm
known as (or insert-random-bbdb-entry-persons-name-here). I'm saying
yes to them all, of course, but it's still sort of annoying. I think
proper quote parsing is needed here.

Also, there are a lot of people that have their addresses in their
address book as something like "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
so I'm now questioned about adding the name "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" to my
list of AKAs. I think we should compare a name with an @ in it
against the list of net addresses to see if a match occurs there and
don't ask the user about it if a match is found.
