I've been busy with my bbdb lately. I just got a palm and i'm trying
to do a sane job of syncing it up. I started with SyncBBDB-2.3 and
upgraded to BBDB-2.32. The upgrade went fine. No problems. SyncBBDB
appears to be working fine too. With all the cruft I've had in it,
I also wanted to use bbdb-expire. I just started using bbdb-expire
1.4 that came out yesterday to be compatible with bbdb-2.32. Got all
that? Well there's more. I had been running Gnus in a separate
xemacs instance for performance reasons. However, lately I've been
wanting to have some of the articles avaialbe to my standard usage
xemacs. Also, I've been wanting to send messages from my standard
xemacs. So yesterday I switched over to running Gnus in the same
xemacs instance. I experienced some weirdness that I can't really
explain. Anyway, that's the scope of my changes recently to using
bbdb.

Now on to the problem. I have this one record that won't display in
Gnus pop-up when I read a message from him. The pop-up appears, but
it leaves the record previously visible in it. Here's the stack
trace:

Signaling: (wrong-type-argument listp ["Dan" "Browning" nil "" nil nil
("[EMAIL PROTECTED]") ((creation-date . "2000-09-05") (interface . "Microsoft

and the actual bbdb record:
