I think so. A cursory look at the code seems to say that there is a
variable bbdb/gnus-split-nomatch-function which gives a function to
call in case BBDB couldn't find the right group.
Of course, you don't want to set that variable to nnmail-split-fancy,
since that would infloop. Argh.
Maybe a function similar to bbdb/gnus-split-method is neede which is a
little simpler? It should just return a group name or nil. Then it
could be used in nnmail-split-fancy.
