This is a known problem which will be fixed soon.
At the moment you have two choices as workaround:
1) (setq bbdb-get-addresses-headers '("From"))
This limits the search of addresses just to the From
header
2) Remove all author depended stuff from bbdb-auto-notes-alist
since it will not know whether an address is a author or
recipient.
