[BBDB-Info] Documentation Bug for `bbdb-create-internal'

Bug Description:

The documentation for `bbdb-create-internal' gives a wrong description of the
ADDRS parameter:

  ADDRS is a list of address objects.  An address is a vector of the form
     ["location" ("line1" "line2" ... ) "State" "Zip" "Country"].

should really be

  ADDRS is a list of address objects.  An address is a vector of the form
     ["location" ("line1" "line2" ... ) "City" "State" "Zip" "Country"].

i.e. the entry for the "City" is missing.
