If a precise recipe to reproduce the bug can be obtained, it will be much easier to fix it. I'm also using bbdb from CVS on Emacs GNU Emacs 23.0.60.1 (i386-mingw-nt5.1.2600) of 2008-12-14 on BREPNB.
