I've had a bit more time to do some research on BBDB syncing but noticed
that most of the structures needed are already implemented. There are a
few hooks which can be used.

- new record
bbdb-create-hook - Create a hook which would save the record on the
  remote host.

- update, delete record
bbdb-after-change-hook - Update the record on the remote host.

- import
This will likely need to be implemented per interface. LDAP, Google
  Contacts, etc.

- export
This will also likey need to be implemented per interface.
