It's very fast! The odd thing is that it reports 2 errors but
nevertheless gets the job done just fine.
Here are the errors reported:
An error occurred while building the environment variables: could not
fetch template folder preference. (-120)
An error occurred while building the environment variables: could not
fetch local site root preference. (-120)
That's probably because I've never set those prefs. But since the
script works, is there a way to avoid the errors?

You could accomplish this with an include script. Here is an example
