A little explaining is in order as one fluent in grep wouldn't have
thought to ask the question in the first place. And this is an
excellent
example of what grep can do and why its so useful.
Many thanks for explanation. Regular expressions are always on my
TODO list, but I would like to get my hands on some decent dedicated
book first like "Mastering Regular Expressions 2nd Edition" before I
dive in.
Also thanks to all other posters and scripts...
