Hi Mike,

On that page, right under the main heading, it says something about it being XHTML2 translated to XHTML 1.1 via an XSL style sheet. That, no doubt, explains why the page will display in current browsers.

Reading between the lines in the notes on the page, it still looks like XHTML2 is a geek's tool for now. (All hail the geek!)
