When I'm performing a Replace all based on a grep or other search and
replace term, at the end it pops up a dialog box saying, "n
occurrence(s) of "blah" were replaced with "blah"." I cannot do
anything with the document until I click OK which is slightly annoying
when I'm performing a lot of these in succession.

It may be that a Text Factory would be useful here.

Is there a setting to turn that off and perhaps have it display on the screen briefly as it does when something is "Not Found"?

If you enter "replace" in the preferences search drawer :-) you will find the solution.

Enjoy,
