Thanks for the links. I'm up to my neck in work following vacation so  
I won't be able to do much on this for now, but I will (eventually)  
fix the fact that the source stylesheet is missing from the  
downloads, and update the instructions for creating the set. I'll  
send a note to the list when those things are fixed.

At that point, you're welcome to modify the stylesheet to match any  
coding style you (or others) would like and I'll incorporate the new  
styles as an option (which would be really cool).
